Paddle, Hike and Dive into the Wild

The adventure kicks off with and early morning departure from Porto, heading straight into the untamed beaty of Peneda- Gerês National Park.

First adventure starts with a 1h30 kayak exploration across the park's largest lake. Glide over smooth water, carve your way between forested shores, and take your time enjoying the river banks. It's peaceful, powerful and the perfect way to sync with nature.

After drying off, we head to a local restaurant for lunch, where bold flavors and heart regional dishes will refuel you for our next adventure.

In the afternoon we take a small hike to a hidden waterfall- tucked away in the forest and perfect for a quick dip or just a moment of awe.

We then check into our accommodation, with some free time to relax or roam, followed by a well-earned dinner at a regional restaurant, where you can kick back, raise a glass, and toast to the start of this epic three-day journey.

Ricardo was very informative, funny and genuinely felt like a new friend you’d want to have a beer with. He was passionate in explaining Portugal’s rich heritage and took us around the national park. We loved the waterholes he took us too. Also the restaurant he took us to for lunch was very good. This tour was a highlight for our trip in Porto!

Our day in the national park was very enjoyable -- mainly in part to our awesome guide, Luis. Luis was very personable and had a great deal of knowledge about the park and the local communities. The hikes were great, as were the views. Lunch was fantastic and we really enjoyed getting to meet some of the locals. Highly recommend! Perfect day trip from Porto!
